5. PRODUCTION PROCESS OF FIBER DRUMS
Production process of Fiber Drums:
Step 1: Coat the kraft paper sheets in a layer of glue to stick them together
Step 2: Wait for the glue layer to dry and harden, fixating the shape of the drum
Step 3: Close metal steel braces on both sides of the box
Step 4: Spray PU on the drum to make it waterproof
Step 5: Attach a wooden lid or metal lid and lock to the box.
6. SOME NOTES WHEN USING FIBER DRUMS
When using Fiber Drums, please note the following:
- It is necessary to provide information about the product to be stored in advance to the manufacturer, thereby making Fiber Drums work effectively.
- As being made of Kraft paper, the Fiber Drums cannot hold large volumes.
- Restrict from storing liquid substances
- To assure the transportation process, add accompanying gadgets such as lining paper and tape to fixate the product to avoid distortion or damage.
